Our founders
With over two decades of experience spanning both professional services and industry, Ganesh Udupa is a seasoned Chartered Accountant. Prior to co-founding Raga Consulting, Ganesh spent 10 years with a BDO International affiliated firm in India, followed by 5 years at Chaturvedi and Shah, and 4 years at Fosroc Chemicals India Private Limited. His expertise encompasses a wide range of areas, including global audit, statutory audit, internal audit, limited review, technical review, and tax audit. Ganesh has worked with various organizations, including listed entities, and brings a wealth of knowledge to our team.
Sumith Kamath, a highly experienced finance professional and Chartered Accountant, holds a prominent role as a partner at Raga Consulting. With a career spanning over 20 years, Sumith has held senior leadership positions, including Chief Financial Officer and Business Head, in a large, listed business group. He has also gained significant experience at a Big Four professional services firm. Sumith has successfully led and executed numerous strategic initiatives, such as IPOs, Open Offers, M&As, Joint Ventures, and debt/equity solutions. He is recognized for his expertise in business growth, stakeholder management, and driving successful outcomes.
